Jeff received a B.A. at the U Of W, and a MBA at Pepperdine. He saw 30 years of active duty with the Navy and Reserve, and did two tours in Vietnam with the Marines. Jeff was divorced in 1989. He retired from Finance in 1994. Then he moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to work as a fly-fishing and river guide where he met his wife. They were married in 2000. His wife is a Presbyterian Paster serving as a hospital chaplain.

His children: son - Navy SEALS, son - accountant, daughter - accountant, and another daughter - business. His future plans depend on his wife's employment as a hospital chaplain. But he will live in areas with trees and trout fishing.
